PCA Welcomes New Business Manager

It is with great enthusiasm that the Board of Directors of the Parish Center for the Arts (PCA) at Westford Common welcomes JulieAnn Govang as Business Manager. Ms. Govang will replace former Manager, Sarah Fletcher, who will leave the PCA after several years to focus on her primary duties as Executive Director of WestfordCAT. Though her start date may be April 1, Ms. Govang joining the PCA is no joke. She will now be the primary contact for all communications, program scheduling, tours and facility rentals, as well as bringing a wealth of visual media branding and social media experience to the fold.

Working in and around the Arts for nearly 50 years, Ms. Govang has been on many regional and theater boards and in many directing chairs. She was Drama Director for Ayer Shirley Regional High School, a founder of Groton's ArtsNashoba, and an adjudicator for the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild. A New England Theater Conference award recipient for Outstanding Achievement in the American Theater, Govang was also President at JAC Publishing & Promotions, a play/book publishing and licensing agency, including New England Entertainment Digest, an arts & entertainment newspaper.

Ms. Govang is dedicated to her work, especially involving young people and non-profit endeavors. The Board believes her ideas, creativity, and organizational skills, along with her extensive professional experience, will be an asset to the PCA.

The Parish Center for the Arts at Westford Common is a member-driven non-profit whose mission is to promote community participation in the visual and performing arts.
